Boundless Bonds Terms and Conditions

By participating in any Boundless Bonds Event, you acknowledge and agree to the below conditions:

Definitions

Boundless Bonds means the holder of ABN 42 422 792 312

Event means any activity planned, organised or advertised by Boundless Bonds or The Organisers including private sessions.

Participants means any person who is attending an Event whether having paid for that attendance. 

Photography means any way of capturing electronic or printed images.

The Organisers means any person who is involved in running, assisting, or teaching, at a Boundless Bonds event or private session.

Terms and Conditions

1. Boundless Bonds and The Organisers reserve the right to cancel or alter any Event, including but not limited to the date, location, and activities, without prior notice. This right is exercised at The Organiser’s sole discretion.

2. You acknowledge that changes to an Event may occur without notice and agree that Boundless Bonds and The Organisers shall not be liable for any costs, losses, or damages resulting from such changes.

3. You acknowledge and agree that your participation in activities at any Event may result in your personal injury or death, and you agree that attendance and or participation is at your sole risk and responsibility.

4. By attending an Event, you agree to release, waive, and discharge Boundless Bonds and The Organisers from all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from your attendance at, or changes to, or cancellation of, the Event.

5. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boundless Bonds, The Organisers, and other Participants,from any claims, actions, or proceedings resulting from your attendance and or participation at an Event, including those arising from changes, cancellations, or any incidents that may occur during the Event.

6. Notwithstanding clause 5, if applicable law prohibits the exclusion or limitation of liability as provided herein, you acknowledge and agree that the maximum liability of The Organisers to any Participants including you, for any claim arising out of participation in an Event, including but not limited to cancellation, changes, or any incidents occurring during an Event, shall not exceed the amount paid by the Participant for their ticket. You understand and agree that this limitation of liability is a fundamental condition of your participation in an Event, and the event would not be provided without such a limitation.

7. You agree that Participants’ Photography including your own, at any Event will not include any other persons or their property without their explicit consent. You acknowledge and agree that Boundless Bonds and The Organisers are not liable or responsible for ensuring Participants meet this condition.
